Computer diagnosis ($35)
System acting up and just not sure what the heck is wrong with it? We can help!
We will run a full diagnostics and get to the root of the problem or you don't pay!
Repairing and upgrading computer systems and peripherals: ($150 does not include parts)
A one stop service incorporating full diagnostics and troubleshooting to ascertain component failures, and the replacement of failed components. Extensive diagnosis to discover the cause of crashes, lockups, unusual slowness or internet problems. Includes software repair, viruses and spyware removal.
Malware/Spyware and Virus removal ($75)
Your computer system is acting odd? Strange things are occuring, bizarre lockups or extremeluy slow responsiveness? You may have a computer Virus
Hard drive crashed or your system does not start and your Powerpoint presentations are needed in an hour? Data back ups to internal or external devices, up to 10 gigs.
Data Transfers ($50)
Need to transfer data from one system to another? All your documents are on your old computer and you wish to move to your new one? WE can help!
Computer optimization and cleaning ($65)
Random shut downs? Lockups? Visual artifacts? Your system may be overheating due to reduced airflow. The accumulation of dust particles in your computer case can shorten the life of your PC. The particles block essential airflow to the system which causes the processor and hard drive to overheat, creating irreversible damage, This service includes a complete physical cleaning as well as OS system tweaks that will shorten your computer's boot time, deleting unwanted files and unnecessary background processes.
Wired and wireless network installs ($100)
Securely share the internet, printers, and files from anywhere in your office or home. Fast and easy multi-tasking with safe and secure wireless network installation. Add additional devices for $25. Up to 5 PCs. Hardware not included.
Network infrastructure design and implementation (Call for pricing)
Network infrastructure design can be complex, with a myriad amount of diverse factors involved such as servers, routing, Internet access, wireless, storage arrays, or VPNS., From designing brand new networks, to implementing new functionality, security or enhanced communications to existing infrastructures or simply answering the question, "Why is my system so slow?" We can help!! Hardware not included.
Network/Internet troubleshooting and repairs ($75)
Are you having problems connecting with your current high-speed or dial-up service? We can assist you with new broadband accounts, dial up accounts or get you back up if your connection's down because of a faulty modem, router or cabling. Your wireless infrastructure is down? Or throughput has degraded, we can help! Latency in your favorite online gaming is starting to depress you? We can help!
As prior educators we have as one of our founding principles the desire to empower you to be comfortable and competent with technology. Want to learn how to use your system, how to install software, how to use programs and applications such as MS Office, give us a call.
Software installs ($25 /per program)
From tax preparation to FPS gaming, we will install a utility or productivity software, in fact any software for you! We will also patch and update the software as well. For suites service includes the repair, troubleshoot, or install one software suite (ex. Office, Norton Internet Security, etc.) and the installation of all critical updates for the software suite. We will also test the software suite for proper functionality. Service excludes operating system installation. Software not included.
Hardware Installs ($25-$50 /per internal or external device, price does not include parts)
Want to install a brand new smoking graphics card, more memory, a larger hard drive?
We will install any compatible internal or external device.
Drive wipe ($50)

In need of a lab, we come to your site for a site survey consultation, the end result being a comprehensive lab design with recommend equipment, hardware and software. We will compile a report and order the equipment as well as provide the additional services of setting up the equipment and turn key training your staff in the use of the equipment.
